Kristin has an extensive background in softball. Playing for Methacton High School and Pegasus Softball premier travel team as a teen she earned a full-scholarship to pitch at Rutgers University and was elected team captain. Her athletic accomplishments included: 14 no hitters, 4 perfect games, 25 shutouts and over 500 strikeouts. Kristin is currently the Assistant Varsity Softball coach at Fleetwood High School and coaches the 12U Boyertown Storm travel team that finished 3rd at the 2009 ASA Eastern National Tournament. She has conducted various instructional clinics and camps over the past 12 years for young women ranging in ages from 8 to 18. Kristin focuses on teaching proper mechanics, speed and strength, pitch development, bunting, slapping and mental preparation. Kristin is a middle school teacher with a Master’s degree. Her profession and background in education and athletics help her to understand the cognitive and physical abilities of young ladies. Her priorities are on fundamentals and the development of individualized practice plans to help each player “reach their full potential”.
